  Horrible experience. Went to switch my boyfriend from his moms plan to my plan. We wanted to keep his number that he had and the clerk told us that was not possible, which was a lie. Set up a line there anyway since we thought you couldn’t keep the number. Ended up calling ATT who said we absolutely could keep his number but had to return the phone and set up a whole new line since that phone was already set up. Whole thing ended up being a huge headache with several calls to att which could have been avoided had the sales person knew what they were talking about. We also bought a screensaver there for $40 which we ended up getting a free one when we went to a different att store and of course they wouldn’t let us return the one we did buy. You’re better off doing it online yourself rather than dealing with people who have no clue what they are doing.
